and recommendation services form a panel of specialist
lenders (details of the panel available to you upon request)
These specialist lenders consider clients with County
Court Judgement, Defaults and Mortgage Arrears. Blue Rock
Finance does not arrange mortgages via any 'High Street
Lenders'
Please also note that Blue Rock Finance Ltd offers a no
obligation service.
Blue rock Finance will take no up front fees i.e. for
valuations, but will change a brokers fee which will only
be taken on completion of the mortgage, no charges will
be made to you if the mortgage does not complete. |
